Collection of information
We will be fair in the way we collect information from you. We will tell you who we are, what type of information we hold about you and how we intend to use it. We will only collect, use and hold information relevant to the conduct of business.
Use and disclosure
Support Suite will only use or disclose information about you in ways that are consistent with your expectations.
Any information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and in accordance with the Act. Support Suite will not disclose to a third party, any personal or sensitive information without written consent of the individual concerned.
Data quality, security and confidentiality
Support Suite ensures that all personal information collected is securely stored and safe from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. The entire process of collection, storage, transfer and use of personal information will be undertaken in a secure manner such that it fully protects all personal and sensitive information. On the cessation of connection with Support Suite, the personal information will be held securely for as long as it is prudent and disposed of appropriately when the information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and, in a manner, specified by the Act.
Access and Correction
Individuals are entitled to access their own personal and sensitive information held by Support Suite. Individuals are also entitled to change incorrect or out of date information. The request for access to personal information must be made in writing and the request will be processed in accordance with the Act.
Anonymity
If you want us to and we are able, we will communicate with you anonymously.
